Dear Denise,
Thank you so much for your help in making our day so perfect. I have received comments ranging from "the best wedding we've ever been to" to "flawless" to "you were the happiest bride I've ever seen." And we have to give you credit for all of that. The fact that we didn't have to worry about anything that day except showing up on time made it so much more enjoyable. Everyone kept telling us how calm we seemed and that was in large part because of you. I do also want to mention that working with you before the wedding was always a pleasure - you never made us feel like we were asking too much of the vendors or that you were put out by my constant emails and changing my mind at the last minute. As a final comment, I just want to reiterate what my sister-in-law kept saying throughout the wedding, "I wish I had Denise at my wedding!" And I am so glad we did. As parents attempting to plan a wedding from long distance, we began the process with a lot of trepidation. When Allie told us that she wanted to hire you to run things, we were unsure at first because by nature, we are control freaks. Allie's instincts were absolutely correct, however, and looking back on the wedding, there is no way we could have arrived at the wonderful result without you.
Your enthusiasm and attention to detail both before and during the wedding were exemplary. You anticipated all our needs and made sure that everything was in place and ready to go. Wow - where to begin??? We could say "thank you" a million times and it would not be enough! I can honestly say I wouldn't be married right now had it not been for you. It probably would've been postponed and pushed back while we scrambled around trying to get things together. As you can now tell, after almost a year of working with us, Josh and I are not the most organized people. You made the entire wedding planning process so enjoyable for us. Now I will be able to look back on this time and remember all the fun we had instead of cringing with memories of stress (how I felt before you started helping us).
You are incredible at what you do, and we are so lucky to have found you. Josh and I were completely clueless as to how to begin, and we really cannot thank you enough for all the direction and advice you provided. You have an amazing ability to read people and understand what they might like, even before they themselves realize it. I can't even count how many times you suggested something to us and it was exactly what we wanted. You are fantastic with small details and being able to see a vision and actually make it happen. I could always "see" our wedding in my head but had not idea how to follow through with it. You did. Our wedding turned out exactly as I imagined. It was incredible and we would not change a single thing! You actually made the entire wedding so enjoyable for everyone involved. It was the greatest feeling to know we did not have to worry about anything. I was so stress-free that day knowing you were there! It was wonderful to know I could trust you so completely. Everyone in my family commented on how nice it was to not have to be in control and how fun it was they could just enjoy the day.
The wedding turned out absolutely amazing!!! Josh and I have both been commenting on how we can't think of a single thing that went wrong. It was a perfect day and one that we will be able to have the most amazing memories of thanks to you and your dedication to your clients.
We really will never be able tot hank you enough. It was wonderful to be able to meet someone we both clicked so well with. We have had the greatest time getting to know you and becoming not only your client but your friend. You truly are amazing at what you do. Thanks so much for everything!

I was pretty determined to plan my wedding all by myself in three months. But with working full-time, I found myself really stressed all the time, and I really needed a little help. Also, my mom, who wanted to help, lives in a different city, so I think she really wanted someone she trusted here to assist me with the details if she couldn’t. Aimee went way beyond my expectations. I thought a “wedding planner” would try to take over my wedding and bring in a lot of unnecessary frills I didn’t care about. But she did an amazing job of jumping right on board with my vision for the wedding: simple, personal, elegant, and sort of quirky. She was super-supportive of my desires and got more excited than me about how the wedding would turn out, which made me more excited. She was SUPER organized, and took care of things I would have never thought of.

Everything flowed perfectly. Aimee had planned well and was a great point person for all the preparation on the actual day. She did a great job of managing time and directing people. She had everything under control. I didn’t have to think about anything on my wedding day, except how excited I was getting!

To be honest, I always thought wedding coordinators were luxury, but in truth, they are a necessity. I had never planned a party of such magnitude, so I don’t know why I thought I could all of a sudden, while also being the bride. I think it would’ve been impossible, or at best, terribly stressful and disastrous. I would not have enjoyed my wedding day or gotten to focus on the details I wanted to without Aimee’s help. She also saved us quite a bit of money because she has a lot of vendors I would not have known to contact and connections that were helpful to us.

She really had a handle on all the vendors we were using. I didn’t feel like I had to do anything alone, or like I could really make any mistakes, because she was so on top of things. SO nice! My favorite meeting was the last one before the wedding, because Aimee brought me all these spreadsheets planning exactly how everything would happen during the day, and it made me feel so at ease. She had every detail covered.
